In the word’s of Shakespeare “Parting is such sweet sorrow
It is never easy to say goodbye. It is hard to watch someone you love say farewell. To leave it all behind for a greater place of dwelling called heaven. I am happy that you are at a place that we all have longed
But parting is such sweet sorrow.
We have heard of it and even read about heaven, but you are there. I am happy for you, but I am sad that this means goodbye for us and hello my child to Him. I am so sad to say goodbye, although I know you are happy.
Knowing someone you love is in a much better place does not make it easier to say goodbye. I know that you are smiling, and that you are in the arms of Jesus, but I most confess I wish you were still here.
What sights are you are seeing? What do the angels look like? What about the streets of gold? What about Jesus, I know I talk to Him all the time, but what is it like to see Him face to face? What does it feel like to rest in His arms? What about the 24 elders that cry holy? And the music, what song did heaven sing to welcome you home?
You are in a beautiful place, but parting is still such sweet sorrow.
Matthew 16: 19 (NKJV)
….and what ever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven
Losing you on earth means releasing you in heaven. So today grandma Jane, I say farewell on earth. We have lost you on earth, but heaven is your home now.
I still have to admit parting is such sweet sorrow.
I want to say goodbye
I love you.
You were always more beautiful than you know.
Your laughter and kind heart will be missed.
Heaven needed and angel so He sent for you.
